Best Shape Of My 40′s
LOSING IT :: Isn’t the journey to having a body you love a long one? All my life I’ve been tall and skinny – and that was never good enough. In my 20′s and early thirties I tried to change by putting on muscle, working harder at the gym than a hooker at rent time. I had a trainer, I drank the shakes and powders, the works – stopping short of steroids. Admittedly I looked great. But keeping the “new me” up? Exhausting.
